i have a new pleco and he is pretty small. i trie to feed him alage wafers but my african knifefish grab them and run away. is there any thing ouse i can feed him.
you could try a cucumber slice at night, but be sure to remove it in the morning, and the seeds can make a mess so you might want to take them out before hand as well
yeah I give my plecs cucumber as I have trouble gettinng food to them too. You can also disturb flake food so it sinks quicker and put some plants into the tank. I also used frozen Daphnia once melted as the peices are very small and the other fish can't get to it all.
