Pleco Price Check...

i took a trip to a few lfs's the other day and saw some clown plecos for about eight bucks a peice. is this a good price?

What size are they? Id say thats a good price.

there about 2.5 inches long. they look pretty good too. i expected to see a 2 or 3 in front of the 8

Sounds good to me, Ive seen some 2" clown plecos going for $9

cool hehehe. more stripes for my tank, i might go pick some up tommorrow i plan on getting my tiger barbs too. deciding if i want all regulars or if i want a couple albino tiger barbs in the mix. hmmmm decisions, decisions.....

Th albino tiger barbs, are they just white with stripes? Or do they not have any color whats so ever?

I got my clown plec for £5 (not sure how many dollars exactly) but thats around 8. And as Ive had him for years that certainly good value!!*celebrate

Its exactly $7.50 Then loach will have tx so it will be just about the same =)

the lfs in town had a 2 inch clown pleco for 3 dollars, was gonna buy him but i wasnt coming straight home so i didnt want to risk it.

albino tiger barbs are white with orange stripes, very cool looking, i also saw green tiger barbs and queen loaches for the first time in my life today. very very cool

bag the clowns and pick up a couple of queen loaches. Queens beat the pants off of clowns any day.

hmm.... 8 bucks for a clown pl*co i think that cosses to much for me

but if i were u, i would try n go to other places and check out their price

before i bought mine it was 12inchs and was 20$

I guess i got luckey our pet store'petland' was having there 10th aniversery and all freash water fish were1/2 price so my plec i got for $3.25 he is about 3 inch long.

up here in Seattle they cost around 5.99. although my lfs had a sale for .99 each! can you believe it? too bad i dont have space
