Pleco's eyes

Hi, everybody. I was just doing my water change (tests yeilded 5PPM !!), when I noticed something on my ornate pleco's eye. It looks like a ring of small white dots around his eye I have a digital camera, but its battery just died (When I have the chance,
I'll take a pic for you all). Any idea what it could be? Oh yeah, It's only on the right side.

I think you're going to have to post a pic (if possible). Are you sure it's not a natural marking?

Thanks for your help, I know the pic isn't the best but I found batteries for my better camera, so I will be adding a better pic asap (I was using my camcorder for this pic). The ring was never there before, not since this morning, anyway. I just saw it after I had completed my water change.

I dont think you have to worry about it. Probobaly natural. it is barely visible.

I am just wondering, I think you also posted about your cory and about your betta, are they all in the same tank? What size tank is it?

Lotus: Yes they were in the same tank. this is why I was so concerned.

Fortunately, the cory and the pleco are now better. I am posting new pics for you all.

I have a feeling there may be some aggression/fighthing going on in that tank (it seems the betta suffered most). You have quite a lot of bottom feeders, and perhaps there isn't enough room for all of them.

I have sold three of my rainbow sharks to the local petco for $12 a piece. They were very glad to take them off my hands. And seeing how I bought them for $2.00 each I think I have made quite a good profit. Now what else do you think can be causing the agression. The plecos never fight though, I have read that they sometimes do. Do you think I should sell one of them too?
