OK i have a 10 gallon tank and i was wondering if i could put an Electric Yellow Cichlid in with my 3 bloodfin tetras and 4 longfin zebra danios

No you can't. Sorry the tank is too small, and Africans should only be housed with other African cichlids.

Your other fish would be toast.

ok what about putting a betta in with them?

I would not recommend a betta fish in that situation. Because of the long finned danios have flowing fins that your betta could possibly look at themlike another betta fish and attack your danios.

Yup, a Betta would definitly go for the danios.
You don't have enough tetras, i say get three more of them..
And maybe a couple of mollies/guppies?
