better scavengers ghost shrimp or cories? advantages/disadvantages of each

Corydoras are not scavengers, they need a good varied diet and do not do well on scraps.

I do not like ghost shrimp, only becuase they get out o the tank to easy and look like boogers on the floor lol and the are hard to see when gravel cleaning. Corys are more fun to watch. As far as whos the better cleaner upper i have no clue

Amano Shrimp are better than ghosts because you can see them and they are also better scavengers, corys are better for a community tank cos they're fish and other, bigger fish might eat shrimp but if you have small fish or big shrimp then shrimp would be better but corys are better for a community tank

I prefer Amano shrimp as well. In numbers, these guys will keep a tank very, very clean.
