Poor Oto

So I have 3 oto's in my 30 gal. I was looking at one of the little guys, checking to see if he had a full belly. I looked closely at him and he is missing an eye. I am not sure what to do with him. He looks healthy and is eating the algae with so ill effects. What to do?

Well, if he is good to go...I'd just leave him be.

Yea, just leave him. it might have been one of the other otos that did it, they can be aggressive to there own species.

Many fish will live pretty well with just one eye. Make sure that the area isn't infected (no white or red parts/patches/growths), but otherwise don't worry about it too much.

I will see if I can snag a pic of him and his eye. He would be cool looking with an eye patch.
