Pop-Eye In Black Widow Tetra

i think i have pop eye in one of my black widow tetras, i moved it to a 10 gallon planted tank with a large air stone and buble filter, is there anything else i should be doing in order to fix it?

Tetracycline or teramycin would work.

fish=going to fishy heaven right now, its on its side swimming in circles, think its a gonner.

im sorry,is the current strong in the tank hes in

hes just sitting on the bottom now. looking like a normal fish, i added some ich treatment, i read that that might help a bit. all thats in there is a bubble filter, heater, 5 anachris bunches, and 2 clay pots.
