Pop eye??

One of my dwarf puffers has what looks like a white growth on his eye. It's not like his whole eye is popping out of his head, just part of it. Or, like I said, it could also be described as a large white growth on his eye.

From what I've read about pop-eye, this doesn't quite sound like it. However, I haven't read of any other eye diseases. Is it possible to get ich on the eye?

What is it, and what should I do?

Thanks, I'll try and post asap. I'm actually thinking maybe it's an injury. They can be vicous little guys.

you'll know when you have pop-eye - looks like the eye is about to fall out

What you are describing sounds like a light bacterial\fungal infection as a result of an injury or water conditions - treat accordingly
