Pop eye

Hi I think that one of my fish has popeye it isnt that bad it isnt really that big.. yet he isnt really active stays really close to the top of the water but the only problem is i took out my ugf because i didnt like it .. i have another filer .. and i changed the water alot today should i wait a day or so before i treat because my nitrites, nitrates when up a bit.. so ill check in the morning if it is good then I think that i will treat. what are your inputs

Yea i think 1 of my rainbows have pop-eye also
