possibly sick fish

My blue gouramis and angelfish had long white feces for several days but its now red again the fish have acted normal throughout as well. I've learned that this could be parasites, constipation or simply stress so i dont know exactly what i should do any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What are your tank water readings in PPM for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? What type of food do you feed and how often? What's your water change amount and frequency?

You can always dose with prazipro... Very safe. Needs a few doses to get all the parasites. It is worth doing and if parasites weren't the problem it doesn't hurt anything either.
