pregnant ottos?

I have 5-6 ottos in my 29 gallon.

along with
3 khooli loaches (I thought 2 were dead for the last month! then I finally saw them today woohooo!)
1 femal betta
3 pygmy corys

and its roughly 30% planted

anyway, 2 of the ottos are rediculsously fat looking....
its totally abnormal
I've kept ottos for years, this new tank is all new and has only been up for about 2-3 months now...

I'm gonna try to take some pics...but is there any way that these two are pregnant?
or are they just eating everything that falls in the tank? they look like they are going to pop

Aren't ottos egg layers? I remember when I had them, and am actually going to get some today. Out of 4 I ended up with only 1 left (because of problems in the tank). He worked his best to keep the algae clean and did a good job but there was so much algae to eat he got huge and died eventually. How much algae has been in your tank?

I dont have to much algae in the tank, enough that I get a very light coating on the walls and once a week use the magnets to clean it off, but I really dont even need to

I dont think your ottos are pregant i have heard they are hard to breed
