My mom is thinking about bying over ebay. Are there better places to buy online?

well most java moss sells for a few dollars each id say for all that thats not a bad price plus ebay = shipping


edit and from what iv been told online plants = snails lol so you wouldnt have to buy the 2 snails... and i want a ram snail >.>

Yeah, that's a pretty good deal. I prefer Aquabid.com for my plant purchases, but I'm usually looking for a specific plant, not a mixture. I do see some good package deals on there, though.

Well to be honest I want a good group of low light plants that come from SA and then maybe a small plant for my 1g betta tank as a Asian planted tank.

Most of the common low light plants are from Asia, unfortunately (crypts, anubias, ferns, most mosses).

Yeah I realized that and that is what really gets me angry because I cant afford to add more wattage. Just to ask how many watts for moderate light plants?

About 2 watts per gallon for moderate light plants. If you have a 15 watt strip light, you might be able to grow some medium light plants.

Well I have a 19 watt flourescent(spll) strip light so I think I can grow some moderate plants.
