Prizm Protein Skimmer

I got this skimmer for an addition to a 20 gal tank. I tested it in my tank and the water return kept having microbubbles even with the intake almost closed. Anyone have any luck with this item? I've heard some mixed reviews, but no major flaws. But from the looks of it, I won't be using and might just forego the skimmer on this tank.

I've got one, and it seems to work well once you've got it set to the right water flow. Every time you turn it off, you have to turn the intake down really far when you turn it back on, and then turn it up gradually, or it fills the cup too quickly.

I don't think it really hurts anything if there are microbubbles, as long as the cup is filling at a decent rate (not in 10 minutes, but stuff is actually going in there).
