Has anyone else experienced problems w/their Eclipse 3 hood? It sits on a 32 gal Tru-Vu FWT(specifically manufactured to work with Eclipse 3). Having problems with water backing up and over tank, despite filter changes (had problems 2 days after filter change - using the recommended factory filters). It seems as if the current is too strong (no way of adjusting this powerhead as there are no adjustments!) and the reservoir is too shallow and the water backs up and over the reservoir tray and then proceeds to drip from the top of the hood down the sides of the tank. I called marineland consumer help & was told to pull the filter media apart as it might be too tight, not allowing water to circulate freely. That suggestion did not work. This problem is very frustrating and has cost me money in water damage to my carpet/cabinetry and worry that the whole tank may leak out sometime when I'm gone for the day and kill my fish. I wanted to know if I'm the only one who is having problems or if anyone has any suggestions I'd be much obliged. Also, does anyone else besides marineland make an "all-in-one" unit? At this point, I would dearly love to throw this thing out in the backyard and stomp on it (and i'm not a violent person - lol)
