Proper ich treatment/clown loachs

I recently posted in this forum about ich treatment for my Jack Dempsey who has some clown loachs for tankmates,I was concerned about the loachs and what I could treat the tank with safely.
I posted on several other sites and got many conflicting opinions...very confused now

Some said stay away from copper meds,others said they had good luck with this.

Some said stay away from salt due to the loachs, others said it was fine...

Whats up? This is a serious situation for me,and I honestly don't know which way to go or what to think.

I decided to treat my tank with Rid ich Plus, since it stated it was safe for scaleless fish...

So we shall see, Anybody here know of a good scource

I'm currently treating with salt, and my kuhli's don't seem to mind at all.

I used 6 table spoons(3 per 10g), adding 3 in the morning, and 3 at night so they won't get as big a shock.
