never used it but have seen it advertised. Personally I wouldnt invest the 30$ into it as it probbaly is junk. A bak pak or if funds permit a AquaC would be a better choice

Thanks for the reply. Can I do with out a skimmer in a 20G? I can only spend about $30 on a skimmer or maybe 40. Thats my budget.

So far the things that i was going to order are

2 Power Sweep 214 with 160 GPH

1 Master Liquid Test Kit Saltwater

1 Aquarium Systems Synthetic Sea Salt Reef Crystals 50 gallon mix

1 Aragamax Sand (30 lbs)

1 Hydrometer with Liquid Crystal Thermometer 1.010 to 1.030 specific gravity
and 64-97°F1

1 Fission Nano Skimmer "maybe"

What do you think.

Thanks I will pass on the skimmer and get more live rock. As for the hydrometer i will save more money by just getting the hydrometer. i was just thinking its 2 in one. Aresgod you really dont recommend getting the combo? I am about the oder the stuff from Dr. foster and smith. So need to know now. Thanks

P.s If there is anything at all i am missing let me know. I am just waiting for the hydrometer answer and I will order the stuff now.

Instant Ocean and reef Crystals are the same brand, one is just their deluxe version of salt.

If you want you can get the 2 in1 hyrdometer but I just always break them, in the tank or out of the tank, and so I dont use them. They are a real pain to clean up when in the tank.

so many different types. I dont know which one to get. Which salt would you recommend. The reef or regular. At present I will just add live rock and sand in the setup. Wait for the cycle then add fish and later own some soft coral.
