Puffers in a 10g

Well I am thinking of Dwarf Puffers and the following is what I know:

1)Dwarf Puffers sleep.
2)They are species only.

Now questions:

1)Can I put a Rubber Lip Pleco with 3 Dwarf Puffers in a 10g? The stocking would be this:

3 Dwarf Puffers
1 Rubber Lip Pleco

2)Any other info I should know?

I really wouldn't recommend any pleco in a 10g. The rubberlips do get to 5", and DPs are quite big waste producers, so I think you would have water quality problems in the future. DPs do need excellent water conditions, and putting a pleco in with them in a 10g is asking for sickness and stress.

Some DPs, a couple of otos and maybe a shrimp or two is a better idea.
