After being corrected recently, the dwarf puffer is reported to be purely freshwater, I was under the mistaken impression that they were all brackish.
A reminder to use caution: These little monsters are all pure carnivores, in case you're not aware. They can/will nip fins of almost any tank mates. You can check other recent threads about puffers as well for additional info.
