puffy gills? please help!!

one of my blonde guppies is swimming erratically, it looks like his gills are puffy and swolen. what could this be? i looked at the disease websites and it dosnt look like any thing in there. any thing i can do? any help would be appreciated!!

PH-6.5
GH-30
NO2-0
NO3-20

Have you added any fish lately? What is the current stock? How big is the tank?

Could it be Gill Flukes? Or maybe some fungus on the gills? Some pics would help.

Missfishy: its a 10g, and currently i have 5 guppies, 2 loaches, and 2 very small kulhii's. no recent additions.

Bandito: ill have to check out gill flukes. hes swimming so fast i dont think i could get a helpful picture.

also the more that i look at it, it could be swollen behind his gills :-/
