I was thinking about buying a CO2 Green NRG paintball system for $130 but decided to get something a little better. I know nothing about CO2 systems, except for the DIY fermentation kits I have made and/or purchased in the past.
How does this system look? Personally I think it's a great deal but want to be sure it will work on my 55g planted tank. I'm assuming this cylinder will work with the regulator described below.

Basic CO2 Injection System: Aquarium Equipment and Supplies - Aqua Buys
"Advanced Components
CO2 Regulator - Solenoid Valve from Milwaukee Includes flow regulator, needle valve, electronic solenoid & bubble counter. Unit comes with dual gauges each with dual reading of both psi & kg/cm. Left gauge meters tank capacity and right gauge meters flow. Needle valve flow control provides for precise measurement. The solenoid valve comes with a 1.5 meter power cord. 2 years limited warranty from Milwaukee Instruments.
Glass CO2 Diffuser. This is an economical diffuser that can efficiently disperse CO2. It creates tiny bubbles and works best when placed low in the aquarium. This unit is larger than most other glass diffusers and has more diffusion capacity for up to 210 gallon aquariums. This diffuser is the "Japenese Style" using a ceramic diffusing disc.
We have also included 10' of Silicon Airline Tubing. This is highly flexible CO2 resistant tubing and is perfect for connectiing the Regulator to the Glass Diffuser."

(description from the ad)-
This is a brand new 5 lb. aluminum Co2 Tank for a draft beer system. This tank can hold enough Co2 to run 10 to 12 full size kegs. We do not sell reconditioned steel tanks. Every Co2 cylinder is produced from high strength aluminum alloy 6061-T6. These tanks are popular because they are not as heavy as steel tanks and do not rust. The service pressure is up to 1800 PSI/124 BAR with a test pressure of 3000 PSI/207 BAR. These cyldiners are stamped with required U.S. Department of Transportation and Transport Canada Markings. The 320 Valves are CGA approved, and have a male thread for Co2 Regulators.
The valve for this tank is specifically designed to work with draft beer regulators, so this is not compatible with a paint ball system.
