Question about cycling a new tank.

Hello,

I bought myself a brand new 29 gallons tank. I was planning on cycling it using three zebra danios that I'm currently keeping in a 10 gallons tank (They've been alone in that tank for a couple months now). I'm not planning on putting anything in that 10 G once the danios are out. So I'm thinking about adding the 10 G tank's filter to the 29 G tank (plus the filter that came with the new tank, It would have two filters running in it).

My question is, would this speed cycling?

It would completely cycle the new tank to the bioload of the Danios, add new additions slowly.

get a pack of "Bio Spira" its about 15 bucks and will greatly accelerate your cycle. It worked for me and it works for my lfs as well as the Cleveland zoo so give it a try.
