question about my live rock

this may or may not be a stupid question. but I'm new to the saltwater world, so I'm gonna ask anyway. I have noticed these little tubes coming out of the live rock and what looks like a spiderweb coming out of them "catching" small particles in the water and "reeling" them in. Anyone know what these are and if I should get rid of them?

no you should not if it looks like :

If it looks like this, it's a feather duster..filter feeder worm...very cool to have

or if it's more like :

it's a spahetti worm...also peacefull and fun

well, I do have feather dusters, but they're different so the must be small spagetti worms. thanks for the response kahluazzz
