Question about Upside-down Catfish

Hi, my bro just bought 3 upside-down catfish yesterday and 2 of them are swimming around and clinging onto objects in the tank. They're doinf fine, but the third one is just sitting at the bottom of the tank. All that are in the tank are 4 zebra danios and the 3 catfish. Could anyone help me figure out what's wrong with the last one? It's not dead, it moves if I stick the net in, but it just sits at the bottom. Is this normal?

It sounds a little strange for the UD cats. Wait a little longer. If you bought it in petsmart i would go ahead and exchange him just to be safe.
