My sister has 2 dwarf convicts, both about 2 inches, one might be 2.5" She bought a male Beta and has him in a bowl but she wants to know if she could safely put him in the tank with the Convicts. I told her I'd ask you guys.
I believe its a 45g tall, she's not sure either it was an ex's. She says she doesnt plan on breeding the Convicts, she said the petstore told her she had to have 2.
I thought that the rule of thumb with cichlids was you either have 1 or have 5?
