Ed passed away last night. As much as Pure and I can tell, he just didn't get enough to eat. I feel pretty stupid to have starved a fish to death, but I had no clue anything was even wrong until yesterday. I see it as nature at work though, because my tank was overcrowded, and these things tend to even themselves out.

I will miss him though, he was my first fish stocking after cycling 6 months ago.

May heaven be filled with giant algae blooms, Ed.

My New Plec is no longer new.

First off I'm sorry to hear about your Plec. I also woke up this morning to see my new Plec swimming bellie up (his name is little me) I have a larger Plec. Anyhow I went to take him out, but he's still fighting it and I can't bare to watch, but I can't take him before his time. I noticed Holes in his fins does that have any bearing on why he's dieing? I've seen him eat so I don't think he was starving. I hate for my son to see another fish gone. He lost his whole tank due to the bad lighting storm. This really stinks.
