ram sexing

having trouble sexing the german blue rams i have.
everything i have found so far doesnt help. most refer to the black section at the front of the dorsal but all mine are similar and the same at my lfs. the only really difference i have seen is some dont seem to have such a large black spot or line through their eye. please help. want to try and breed them but dont know what i have or need.

Firstly as a rule of thumb to sex cichlids, males have long pointed dorsal fins, they're bigger & brightly coloured. Look for the black color just below the dorsal fin for males.

Mid body black spot. Generally if contains blue spots is female, if all black or very few spots is male. Works even when very small, 90% plus success
