So I've been thinking of building a small test Reverse Carlson Surge Devise for a while now and was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience with one?

Yeah thanks. I've actually seen what I could find in a google search. I'm thinking I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and build one so I can see how it works. Unfortunatly for what ever reason all the vid's I've found don't work.

Hmmm, come to think of it I might still have some clear pipe around here somewhere. Well, off to Rona for fittings!

Oh, and yes it's a type of wave maker. Thinking of using the test one on my 10 gallon Mantis shrimp tank and if it works well I might make 2 units for my 90 gal. What I'm really hopeing though is to be able to modify the design for a 20" long piece of 16" PVC I was given. Want to try and figure if there is a way of running it "remotely" ie; have the main chamber sitting below the tank.
