those are pretty nice, i wish i had a tank with enough light to support those, i'd buy them.

they are really cool, I have one in my 10g planted. The nearest lfs sells them for really cheap, like 3 or 4 dollars. I don't know why but because they're so cheap they get snatched up almost as soon as they come in; thus, I have just one. I'd buy some if I had the extra cash right now, providing shipping was reasonable.
Is that an actual pic you took of your moss balls?

They probably arn't true moss balls then because true moss balls come from asia and the ones that LFS are selling are probably a mix of java, willow and other mosses.

Nope... cladophora aegagropila (sp) , a type of algae... no true mosses in my moss ball
