I'm thinking of getting into salt water and am looking into getting biocube 14. Anyways I have been doing a lot of research but I cant seem to find to figure it out. Ive heard that you need to use RO / DI water in a salt tank and I am assuming you do not need to dechlorinate these waters like you do tap water, is that true? Is RO water better than DI water? I saw some RO water at walmart in big jugs with "minerals added" is that bad?

No, you don't need to dechlorinate.

You should, if possible, get RO/DI water (both treated with reverse osmosis and deionization). If RO/DI isn't available, RO would be better.

Definitely do not get RO with minerals added. It's kind of like buying sugar-free juice, with sugar added. RO is supposed to get rid of the minerals.
