Hi guys
Okay i have a three foot x two foot tank and at the moment it is way too over stocked... i cant make up my mind as to what to get rid of and what to keep. At the moment its inhabitants are:

4 Blue acaras - 4cm
2 electric yellows - 5cms
1 elecric blue - 6 cms
2 golden severums - 4 cms
1 firebird peacock - 3cm
1 green terror - 3cms

- 3 small bristlenoses

Any ideas much appreciated

Looks like you have a couple of different locations mixed into one take. My first sugestion would be for you to pick a region of cichlids you like and go for them. Thats going to cut down on the fish you have either way you go.

You can go CA/SA cichlid, or Malawi cichlid with what you currently have.

Most of the SA will probably out grow that tank and 1 green terror, or 2 Severums would probably provide enough bio-load by themselves. Tank is around 40-50 gallons right? I would probably go with the african cichlids as they would probably be a little more comfortable and with the mbuna you could possibly get away with a little over-stocking.
