Red Ram same temperament as Blue?

I have a 72-gallon tank set up with a dozen Angels and a Bosmoni Rainbow and 1 Blue Ram for a while. My wife loves the Blue Ram so I have a new one in a hospital tank now along with 2 Red Rams and a new Red Rainbow.

When I bought them at the LFS I thought they would be just like the Blues in temperament. But as I watch them in my 5 1/2 gallon hospital tank they seem to be beating on the Blue Ram and even fighting among themselves.

Do you think it's the size of the tank or is this the way Red Rams are?
