red tail shark

i recently bought a red tail shark for my community tank. It gets along well with all the other fish except for my 2 bala sharks. They are both the same size, about1.5 inches. The red tail chases the balas around about every 5 min for almost a min. It doesnt seem to nip the fins but i can't imagine that the balas are having too much fun. Would increasing the number of Balas help. I have 2 now and there is room for a couple more. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

how big is the tank? bala sharks get a foot big and need groups of at least 3. that is why they need at least a 125 gallon tank. its probably terrortorial problems

i have a 20 gallon but the ey are very small now and in a year or whenever they get big ill have to get a larger tank.

in a year the fish's growth will already be stunted, and then the fish wont live nearly as long as they should, and they will only live about 1 1/2 years.
