red top zebra

Ok so i noticed now that my red top zebra is looking a little different. First off i noticed that when he poops that it is almost a thin thread and is see threw. Also, his stomach is now indenting, most of my cichlids are lets say well in doued. is this a parasite and can it harm the other cichlids in the tank? is there anything i can do to help him?

Well then you can rule out camallanus and that's a good thing! *thumbsups
So when the fish poops is it like... "casing without the sausage" kinda deal?

exactly, and he is also losing alot of weight.
