Reflectors for hood

Hello

I have a 55 gallon tank. But the light is not enough. I have the regular hoods with white reflectors in them. does anyone know where I can find 2 reflectors 24' for a good price.

Alluminum Foil.... cheapppp or free!!!

Sometimes a lil McGuyver goes a long way... especially for your concern with reflection!!! Should work nicely

Do be sure to make the foil as smooth as possible. Wrinkled foil will bounce the light all over the place and defeat the purpose.

Thanks for at least repling but I have already used Alluminum Foil. It does not help at all. Any other suggestions would be great

Go to home depot, and get a ballast for double the wattage your current bulb is. Your going to overdrive the current light. It's pretty easy to do, altho I've never done it. I know others here have.

Sometimes there just isn't any substitute for more light.
