resting betta

Hello all, I'm baaack! haha. Well, after a long haul of insanity, I finally made it to "water/fish equilibrium' It's pretty exciting *thumbsups I have one quick question though, do bettas have a tendancy to rest/sit on the gravel at the bottom of the tank..? Other than that, Mr. Flounder seems to be doin pretty dandy! I should have some pics up in a day or so *SUNSMILE*

Yes, I've had one do this in the past, and my wife's does this all the time.
Glad to hear Mr. Flounder seems to be doing A-okay!

Yeah, some bettas are lazy. It's fine, as long as it isn't something like a betta that has always been active and then suddenly sits on the bottom...

Yea I have my betta in a 1 gallon bowl so there isnt much for him to do. Half the time he's swimming around and the other half he's sitting on the glass stones below.

thanks, thanks, he seemed to be pretty active in the past, but i havent been home during the day as much as i have today, since i got him, so i was just checking. ill keep watching him though
