Results of Move

Well, I just finished setting the tank up in its new home. Everyone survived except for the Bamboo Shrimp The water is a bit cloudy but I assume that to be normal. I did notice a lot of debris on the gravel, however, I don't want to clean it until the fish have had a chance to settle in. What is the normal time before I could do anything without causing the fish too much stress?

If it were me, I'd give it a day or two just to see if anyone is suffering from a bit of delayed stress. Test your water if you haven't already just to make sure your parameters are good though. You can always do a PWC without getting at the gravel if your water is off in any way, and if you are concerned, a little extra Prime (not too much though!) can't hurt.

Thanks for the response. I did test the water and everything turned out okay except for nitrates. They were a bit high at 30. I'll do a PWC and re-test later.
