Haven't heard any reviews on it. I do know that although pricey, Bio-Spira does work.

There are a lot of other products that claim the same thing. There is not really any info on that site that indicates anything about how it works or what it will do (other than some blanket statements).

If you're not up to fishless cycling, it's probably better to get Bio-Spira.
