RIP Finner

As I was being a good fish owner today and doing a water change, I accidently knocked off the cap to my filter intake. I didn't realize this had happened until my daughters asked what was that black thing in the gravel. When I tried to put it back on, my intake tube lifted out of the filter. I turned off the filter and removed the top and intake tube. Low and behold, there was a tail fin staring me in the face.....it was Finner, one of my Yellow Lab cichlids. We had the fishy memorial and flush!.....Finner went on to fishy heaven. He will be missed by all......Especially me!

If it helps, I accidently sucked my betta into my vaccum. He's alright though, just a little shooken up. Starsky, Hutch, The Seven and I have your or my or our or somebodies sympathy, not sure, sorry. He's up there with Big Boi and his little brothers, Andre 3000 and his gurl, and Lucy Pearl. damned ich

I accidently sucked one of my X-Ray fish up the gravel vac, he died soon after.

But my baby danio swam up in the filter, and I found him in the bottom of my HOB filter, swimming around. But nows he's fine

I sucked one of my blue tetras while vacuuming...he was alright, just a bit shocked at the other end.

I always suck my corys in my intake of my vacume lol cause they like it. Everytime i clean my sand they like to swim in the intake and go all the way to the top and run down the hose facing the current.

Before you say its mean all i can say is they like it lolz they swim in on their on and never get hurt so i guess they like the current hehe
