Painted

I have seen some wild colors on the painted glassfish. What are the colors that are natural as opposed to the ones that are injected.

Also, he mentioned the lionhead with the big growth of the Wen. Isn't this normal for these types of fish? Especially when they get to be so old? Even though the fish cannot see, I still think he can live a good life, starving should not be a problem. If he is kept in an isolated tank (I think he deserves it after living so long!), I am sure he will find food.

When I bought my normal glass fish, the girl at Petsmart tried to sell me one of the painted glass fish. I promply talk her that it was cruel to sell them because they were just injected with a dye that would eventually kill them. She didn't seem to be phased and gave me my normal glass fish.

Sad to see people just out to make a buck with these poor fish.

I think that is so stupid to dye a fish for what reason so they can make a buck and I have seen other fish that were died also. Oh I was in the fish store about a month ago and they had a whole tank of Green Terrors painted all different colors what's next are they going to paint pictures on the big silver dollars to look like real silver dollars. Some people are just sick.
