Safe Adheisive

I'm going to make a really cool tunnel for my aqaurium, and I was wondering what is a safe adheisive that has super sticky powers? It would be preferable if it was clear or black.

GE Silicone I For Windows and Doors is 100% silicone and safe to use. You can get it at Walmart, or hardware stores (at least down here). It comes in the caulk tubes, so you'll need the caulk gun as well. If you don't want to get that much, you can sometimes find small tubes at the LFS, but it's rather expensive, I think around $5 US. It is clear.

It does take a few days for the silicone to setup before it's safe to put in water. A 2 part epoxy might be better if you want it done quick, but I've not used any for aquarium use, and not sure how much it is.
