Okay I just purchased the test strips because thats all I can afford, and it doesnt have the ammonia test. But here are the results after testing my water today:

NO4: 40
NO3:0-.5
GH: 300
KH: 180-300
pH: 8.4

Is this safe for my fish? I will try to find out what the ammonia is. Thanks.

since you have nitrites, and nitrates, it sounds like you are at the end of your cycle. are you doing a fish in cycle? if so, you might want to do a 50% WC to lower the nitrites.

Okay yes it is a fish in cycle. It started with a betta and now I have the 3 glowlites

i would wait until your cycle is completely done, and then add about 2 or 3 more glowlights. also your fish should be fine in that water. i have super hard and super high PH water too.

has your water company recently changes something? have you switched water sources?

Im not sure but I heard them saying that all th ph changes are not going to change for a while as of yesterday
