Salad?

Ok Soi am eattinga salad and flipper keeps looking at me like :hey mom can I have some?" No can Bettas have veggies or is it jsut goldfish that eat fruits/veggies. No worries I didn't give in to his demands.

i dont see the harm in trying to give him a smal peice of romaine, if he nibbles it and likes it then im guessing its ok, thats what i did in my tank, and some fish will nibble on it and some wont, i dont think a fish will eat something that is not "good" for it unless it is goldfish of course they eat anything or try to lol

Oh - and don't go giving the fish vinigar/salad dressing
