All tank conditions are ok.

Since theses fish are somewhat see thru. I can see that his belly or stomach inside is red, almost bloodly looking.

Any ideas what this may be?

Could it be an internal parasite? or something sharp he may have eaten that scratched something in there?

Any help would be great! I've never seen this before!

PS hes eating and acting normal

He may be ok, a bit of garlic salt mixed with there food has been know to kill parasites if it has any.

How do you know that they're not supposed to be like that?
