Seal or not to seal

I recently picked up a used 150 gallon tank, in cleaning it I discovered that a lot or all the silicon on the four corners has been scrapped off or is just missing. I put water in the tank for a week, no leaks, no water lost. So is this something that I should replace before I set up the tank or just let it be? Thanks for the help.

I would run a new bead in all the corners and the bottom just to be safe.. It would suck to get all your rock and corals and fish in for it to spring a leak!
