Hi everyone. I am thinking about selling my 180 gallon oceanic aquarium with the oak stand and hood. I also have 2 of the magnum 350 filters and also it has 2 3' dbl light strips. My brother built the stand and hood and they both look great. the stand is made of oak with 4x4 framing. the stand does not have any door on it but I just put up some curtains and they seem to work just great. Does anyone have any idea what a good price for this setup is? I have had it for approx 2 yrs and my Brother bought it new and had it for a yr. before me. Everything is is good shape and I have no problems at all. I have some rock and 2 power heads and under gravel filters too that can go with it if anyone wanted them. I tried to enclose a pic of it But my pics are too large. If anyone would like some pics of it I will gladly send them along to you. Let me know if anyone has any idea of a price of is interested in it. I am in the Chicagoland area (Joliet, IL.) Thanks
Dan

That is a gorgeous tank...love the picture of the dog staring at the tank :) haha

180G tank with stand and all accessories...whew...that would be worth a pretty penny. I think anything less than about 800 bucks would be giving it away. One of my friends said it is probably worth well over 1500. Wish I had the money and lived closer to chicago ;)

Ohhhh, I'll buy a 29 to trade for the 180. I'd even get a stand for it. ;), just kidding. That'd be one heck of a good trade, though.

Or, I've got a bag of blue gravel I'd trade. (even better trade, for me)

Thanks for all the comments, CAPSLOCK..you almost had me there with throwing in the bag of gravel...LOL just kidding. In all seriousness though I really do need to get rid of this and I do want it to go to a good home and to someone who really would enjoy it. I will take trades and cash combo's so think of what you can part with and let me know...

Hi,
I really dont have any way to deliver the tank. The biggest vehicle I have is an Ford Explorer and I would only be able to get the tank and maybe the top in it and not the stand. The tank dimensions are 6' long by 2' high and 2' deep. The stand is a few inches longer and about 3' tall I guess. I really havent thought about a solid price for it yet but If you have an offer I would listen to it. let me know. If your really interested in it Im sure a deal can be worjed out.

I have had 2. One for 600.00 and also some other things in trade. and another for 800.00 and a dell mP3 player (new it was about 350.00). Do you have any offers? I was looking at around $1100.00 for it but like I said I would consider some money and other things in trade. Im interested in most anything. I do want the tank to go to someone who would really enjoy it.
Thanks

If so I have a brand new 7mm semi automatic browning with a 3x9x40 leopold scope brand new. Worth over 1000 dollars. The gun is brand spanking new and sells for over 800 just for the bare gun and the scope well its a leupold 3x9x40. Afew hundered dollar scope. Let me know.
