Semi-Paralyzed betta

I bought a betta that was already paralyzed at the store. He was just so pathetic I couldn't leave him. He can semi swim, able to surface for air and eat: however, he struggles when he does it and I think its because he cant move his back correctly. His little front fins to most of the work.

I am curious to know if there is medicine out there I can get to help him?
