Well, I got my Gold Severum in a tank all on his lonesome except for the b**** of a female krib thats with him. Shes getting out of that tank as soon as I can get her out ( ) But anyways, the tank is somewhat boring with just the two fish in it, so Im wondering what type of tetras or smaller type "dither" fish would look good in there, would last with a severum, and wont get to big. They will eventually be returned to the LFS after the severum gets a bit bigger and will need more tank space.
Any suggestions?

Hard to say. Definitely nothing in the size range of like neon tetras or the smaller barbs, as severums will not think twice about munching on bite-sized fish. I think I tried zebra danios once, only to have Sevy slaughter them (he was about 4" or so at the time). Larger rainbows should do the trick, but I wouldn't get too many. As Matt suggested, it might be too much activity for the sev, depending on his personality. My Dory is quite personable and active, while Sevy is very shy and spookish. Dory would likely love the rainbows, Sevy would slaughter them too ;)
