I'd say you are right on the sexes, though the suspected male is iffy to me right now. Fins could always grow, so you never know for sure until they reach adulthood.

Its really hard to tell with bolivians, so take that repsonse with a grain of salt. Generally though, the female will be the one laying the eggs. ;)
