hi,
My Shubukin has been suffering from this problem "Red streaks on her tail",and it wont go away,i have another shunbunkin in the same tank & it has a different problem "torn tail" ,& the fragmented tail isnt coming back,
Both eat well and they seem fine,

Also,i've tried many time putting them in quarantine tanks with quick cure,but tht doesnt seem to help,have also tried giving them tetracycline baths(for 30 minutes),tht doesnt works either !

I wonder wht could be the problem & cure ?

Water conditions = fine
Stress = no
tank = 40g
filtration = fluval4

It sounds like Septicemia to me, which is basically caused from poor water quailty...symptoms are :Distinct bright red streaks on fins (caused by vascular inflammation due to systemic/bloodborne bacterial infection) and occasionally patchy red discoloration on the flanks of the body.
Treatment: Broad spectrum antibiotic. Can resolve spontaneously in some fish if source of water quality problem is removed.
...your water conditions arent fine if your fish is suffering this illness...how often do you do water changes? did you test your water? what exactly are the readings?
