sick angel

i have a bit of a problem. my angels (two females) got in a fight about a week and a half ago and the one angel injured her eye. i put melafix in the help it heal and it started to. then she started going down hill. now her eye is infected and she won't eat these angels are about 7 years old. i'm going to set up a hospital tank but i feel like i need two medicines...one for the eyes and one for not eating. for the not eating i was going to use a hexamit medicine (since my one angel has not eaten before and that helped get rid of whatever bacteria she had) and something to help clear up some of her eye problems/semi-popeye. can i mix these two together? if not which one should i start first? thanks

Most of the fishes loose their apeitite when they r stressed & get bk to normal when they get back to normal. So i think first treating the injury is important. Once its cured the fish will instinctively improve its apetite.
I dont think using 2 medicines at the same time is a good idea coz we may not be sure of wht reactions the medicines trigger in the fish, water quality and with themselves.
